Delivery, in plain terms
- Free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately — email us before ordering.
- Delivered on a tail-lift vehicle, so the driver can lower the pallet to the ground. You will need to unload it into your storage yourself, by hand or with a pump truck.
- The pallet is 1.74m tall and around 350kg. Check your access and your storage space before you order.
- Boxes ship flat-packed, so a pallet takes up far less room than you would think.
Who this is for
4,320 boxes is a serious quantity. It suits a high-volume pizzeria, a multi-site operator, a cash and carry, or a distributor. A single-site takeaway getting through 200 boxes a month would be buying nearly two years of stock — if that is you, the 90-pack is the better buy, and we would rather tell you that than take the order.

Do I need a trade account?
No. That is the point of this listing. Card payment, VAT invoice, done.
Can I pay by bank transfer or on account?
Yes — email sales@polamyxgroup.com and we will raise a proforma invoice for BACS. Card is faster if you just want it shipped.
Can I mix 10 inch and 12 inch on one pallet?
Yes. Email us with the split you want and we will price it.
What if I do not have a forklift?
Most of our customers do not. The vehicle has a tail lift, so the pallet comes down to ground level. From there it is a hand unload, and flat-packed boxes are light — a pack of 90 is about 7kg.
Can I see one first?
Order a 10-pack and check the quality before you commit to a pallet. Sensible thing to do.
What is your returns policy on a pallet?
Unopened, unused stock can go back within 30 days of delivery. On a pallet, return transport is at cost and arranged by us — talk to us first rather than booking your own.
